ESG Transformation Manager

As an ESG Transformation Manager you’ll be responsible for aligning practices across Signify with existing and upcoming regulatory requirements, guidelines and best practices. This includes the Corporate Sustainability Directive, EU Taxonomy, International Sustainability Standards Board and the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR).

You will work closely with the Head of ESG Reporting, Finance and Standards & Regulations teams to define & deliver the needed transformation.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate Signify’s ESG reporting roadmap with increasing reporting requirements, guidelines and best practices
• Act as ESG reporting change ambassador and drive change management initiatives with all internal and external stakeholders involved in ESG data to drive compliance, automation and process improvements
• Lead the implementation of the EU taxonomy regulation together with with members of ARIC, Sustainability, IR, Legal and IT teams
• Provide sustainability requirements to the Digital team for automated collection, analysis and reporting of data
• Support the objectives of the ESG reporting team, including the implementation of the internal control framework on non-financial information

Your Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management and/or global transformation projects
• 5+ years of professional experience in an ESG focused, Sustainability or related role.
• Strong affinity with Sustainability and Reporting
• Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously and collaborate across functions
• Proactive, hands-on, and with a strong business sense and communication skills
• Professional Project and/or Program Management Certification preferred
