Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to achieve this.

About the role

As a Technical Product Manager, you are a key link between the business solutions and the development team. That means that you gather input, analyze problems and come up with product solutions that improve the E-Flux platform. This includes writing very clear and concise specifications that can be consumed by the development team.

Communication and analytical skills are combined to create clarity on complex business and technical requirements. You’ll be part of a small team with senior talent where every person can wear multiple hats. In this role that includes: communication with customers, jumping in on technical documentation, doing QA work, analyzing a partner API, etc.

You will be part of our Development team consisting of the Mobile, Frontend and Backend developers, a Security Engineer, and the VP of Engineering. We have an open mindset and challenge ourselves to achieve the best result all the time.

Your responsibilities include:

• Help business team in defining customer requirements
• Design new PaaS solutions for customers
• Development planning and project management
• Create technical documentation;
• Quality Assurance and debugging;
• Manage technical integrations with third parties;
• Perform user acceptance test;
• Prepare and conduct go-live;
• Communicate releases.

What do we value in candidates;

• You have 5 – 8 years of professional experience as a (Technical) Product Manager working in an dynamic agile environment;
• You have understanding of microservices architecture, multi-tenant SaaS and cloud computing;
• You are very well organized and structured;
• You are analytical and enjoy investigating issues to understand the root cause
• You are driven, have the ability to make things happen, and get everyone engaged;
• You are a team player and can enthuse, assist and further develop other team members;
• You are fluent in English, in word and writing.
